Terms & Conditions
All Gateways volunteers are valued as part of the event team and will receive everything they need to do the job happily and safely whilst having a great time. However, we still need to lay down a few guidelines to enable everything to run smoothly…
All volunteers must be 16 years old or over on 22nd July 2022. Those aged under 18 must provide a letter from their parents providing consent for the individual to volunteer at the event (this is a legal requirement).
Your priority as a volunteer is to help us run the event efficiently. We appreciate that there may be specific artists you want to see over the weekend and we will endeavour to take this into consideration when arranging rotas, however, we cannot guarantee that your requests will be met. It is expected that all volunteers will have finished working by 8pm so that you can enjoy the headline acts. If accepted as a volunteer, please tell us if you have a friend on your team and would like your shifts together. We will try our best to accommodate this.
Please note, if you are successful, there is a £20 refundable deposit which needs to be paid 28 days prior to the event. This will be returned within 14 days after the end of the event.
You have responsibility for arranging your own transport to and from the venue as well as arranging your own car parking. Please see the website for more details on how to get to the event. Apologies, but travel expenses are not available.
